Stains

Do you love the natural look of your cedar fence? Is it the perfect backdrop to your yard? If you love the warm color of your cedar fence and you want it to last years and years, then a stain is the perfect coating to use. There are an endless variety of colors and tones for a wood stain but the most import part about staining wood is protecting the wood from moisture, the sun and keeping it looking vibrant.

Paints

The other fantastic feature of a wood fence is that it can be painted to be whatever color you want! Sometimes, the warm color of a wood fence doesn't fit the yard quite right. Wood fences look amazing when painted to match the yard. Outdoor paint also has properties that protect the wood fence from water and the sun. A painted fence won't last as long as a stain, so repainting will be required a bit more frequently.
