In-Ground Trampolines

In-Ground Trampolines

The permanent trampoline

The trampoline that never needs moving! It takes a little more than digging a hole and Rasmussen Landscaping has the right tools for the job.

Not Just a Hole

It may seem simple on the surface, but an in-ground trampoline must be installed in such a way that there is water drainage under the trampoline, that the dirt walls don't collapse, and that the trampoline stays flat and level over time.

Correctly Excavated

The entire underside of the trampoline must be dug out, not just the middle. Depending on the size of the trampoline, the depth of the hole will be anywhere between 2.5 feet to 4 feet. Regardless of the trampoline size, that's a lot of dirt to remove! Having an excavator do the work is not only more enjoyable, but infinitely more efficient. The appropriate size hole can be dug in a matter of a couple of hours

Correct Prepping

Once the hole is dug, we install a weed barrier to prevent anything from growing under the trampoline. Then we fill the hole with a material that will drain water, like gravel. Afterwards, the walls of the hole are reinforced with a frame to keep the dirt walls from collapsing.

Trampoline Installation

Finally, the trampoline is installed. This, too, takes time, and it helps to have more hands for this part!
